Our Charges

Great value for money and transparency of cost is a top priority for us; while under our care, your pet will have full access to our excellent facilities and highly trained team members, who will work with you to provide the treatment plan you want for your pet.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our care. As standard, included in the price of all our surgical procedures are: a preoperative check with one of our experienced veterinary surgeons; your pet receiving intravenous fluids to help keep them hydrated and support their circulation; a personalised anaesthesia protocol; local anaesthetic nerve blocks where required; pain relief before, during, and to go home with for up to 7 days; constant monitoring from our highly trained veterinary nursing team using specialised equipment similar to that used in the NHS; a buster collar to help reduce the chance of post-operative complications; a special post-operative diet to help with a speedy recovery after their procedure and a minimum of 2 post-operative checks.

A selection of our most popular services are listed below with prices. For more information, please contact the practice to discuss your options and request a personalised estimate. Being upfront and clear about cost is important to us, so when we can give an exact estimate for a procedure this will be honored. Please note we may need to book an appointment to examine your pet in order to provide this.

Please remember all fees are to be paid in full at the time of treatment, unless prior agreement has been made. We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards. In certain circumstances we can also offer access to flexible payment plans via our finance partner subject to eligibility.

Working with a tight budget? Please speak to our team; we may be able to offer an alternative option even if it’s just as an interim measure.

Why do we ask if your pet’s insured? To try and help; many clients have insurance but are not clear on how to claim, what’s covered, or what they will have to pay. For example, did you know, some insurance companies require the policy holder to notify them of a potential claim within a set time of the health problem starting? Or that you might have to pay a separate excess for each condition? Or that annual policies may only cover your pet until the policy renews, not a full 12 months?

Our prices are the same for all clients, whether they’re insured or not. It's up to you whether you want to claim or not, but our teams want to help you get the best value from your insurance product and not to miss out.

And what’s more, we don’t charge an admin fee to process your insurance claims!

We pride ourselves on offering “best practice” in our consultations, procedures, and surgical treatments, with 15-minute consultations as standard and longer consultations available upon request. We offer a range of treatment modalities and can tailor our recovery plans to your pets' needs.

Our dentistry fees, for example, include a full mouth assessment with dental x-rays (site dependent) to survey the health of the whole tooth, a professional scale and polish, nerve blocks and surgical extractions where necessary, as well as tailored anaesthetic and pain management, intravenous fluids during surgery, food and pain relief medications to take home, and post-operative checks.  When we say our surgery prices are “inclusive”, that means that we will provide everything on the day and anything necessary for you to facilitate a stress-free recuperation at home.

There is a risk of complications with any surgery or procedure. Our vets take steps before, during and after surgery and procedures to reduce this risk as much as possible. Some complications are common and often require no intervention, such as mild swelling or suture reactions, whereas others are rare and can require a revision surgery or protracted treatment. Complications do occur despite precautions. We will discuss the most common complications associated with your individual pet and their procedure or surgery and any costs associated with resolving them on a case by case basis.

With having total freedom to recommend whatever procedures or medications we feel are in your animals' best interests, we can offer a range of options for almost every condition to fit in with your needs as a pet owner. If you let us know any concerns you have, we can work with you to develop the most appropriate plan to achieve the best possible outcome for your pet.
