Our well-equipped, convenient branches in March, Wisbech and Peterborough are within walking distance of great local shops, services, amenities and parks, allowing our team to enjoy a healthy work–life balance.

 

Everyone at our practice is given the opportunity to grow and develop their career, and we regularly carry out personal development reviews to check in on how everyone’s feeling.

 

We actively encourage our team to pursue extra qualifications, and have an extensive, dedicated central CPD network, meaning we can fully fund additional certificates and CPD sessions, provide opportunities to explore individual interests and offer competency and interest based rotas. 

 

Being part of the VetPartners group of practices means that we have the support of a caring, practice-driven collective of veterinary teams across the UK and Europe, as well as access to training and development opportunities, their health plan scheme, their Clinical Board and large central support team. 

 

We’re a close-knit, friendly bunch, too, and take part in a birthday club, team building activities and social events like bingo, escape rooms, haunted tours and meals out.
